Day 26: NaNoWriMo

Given that today is Thanksgiving, today’s post is going to be very short.

We have four days left in NaNoWriMo. I’ll be honest, I’m spent. The cup of coffee on my desk is cold because I’ve been writing for so long. I’m tired. I want to take a shower. And I’m still here writing blog posts.

If you’re reading this early enough, write what you can and then take the day off. Well, you’ll probably be taking the day off no matter what. Social responsibilites compel us drop our dreams and desires to entertain these creatures we call, “Friend ‘N Family”

It’s the holiday that makes me reconsider NaNo taking place in November, besides the fact students are pretty much stuck in work overload, and jobs have the highest work hours from here until Christmas. If I were king, NaNoWriMo would be in the summer, but I’m not. If anyone would like to make me king, I wouldn’t refuse the honor.

Sit back, relax, and if you must, take the day off. Have fun and eat lots of food.
